By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Retreat Participation Agreement.
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Host and the Client for participation in Love Becomes You: Bali Immersion, from 27 June 2026 to 4 July 2026.

1. Purpose and Description
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the details, inclusions, and responsibilities for participation in Love Becomes You: Bali Immersion, as described on

The Retreat Includes:
Seven (7) nights of accommodation including:
• One (1) night at ARTotel Sanur, Jl. Kusuma Sari No. 1, Sanur, Bali
• Six (6) nights at Poinciana Resort and Retreat Centre, Jalan Singaraja–Amlapura, Tembok, Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia
The retreat experience includes the following activities and experiences:
27 June
• Airport pickup and transfer to ARTotel Sanur
• One night accommodation in Sanur
• Evening meal at a traditional warung restaurant
28 June
• Breakfast at the hotel
• Early transfer by mini bus to Bali’s north coast
• Stop at Volcano Valley lookout for refreshments
• Visit to Les Waterfall including lunch and jungle chocolate experience
• Relaxation and bathing at a fresh spring waterfall
• Luggage transferred to retreat venue
• Check-in at Poinciana Resort at 3:00 pm
• Dinner at 6:00 pm followed by Opening Ceremony
Daily Retreat Schedule (29 June to 4 July)
• Sunrise Qi Gong practice
• Optional beach walk or swim
• Breakfast between 7:00 – 8:00 am
• Morning circle and teachings from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Free afternoon time for rest, reflection, journaling, swimming, snorkeling, spa or massage treatments
• Dinner at 6:00 pm
• Evening circle including sharing, movement, and celebration concluding before 8:30 pm
Special Experiences
• Early morning local fishing boat excursion to encounter dolphins
• Waterfall immersion day exploring multiple waterfalls, meditation, water practices, and intention setting
• Final evening beach gathering with music, dancing, and bonfire under the stars
Final Day
• Breakfast and Closing Ceremony
• Check-out at 12:00 noon
• Optional continuation to the Love Creates Retreat in Ubud or travel onward to the participant’s next destination

Meals Included

All retreat meals are included and are plant-based and gluten-free.

Optional Add-Ons
Participants may purchase additional experiences including:
• Up to three (3) additional spa treatments (two treatments are included as a gift)
• Additional food or drinks ordered from the resort menu and charged to the participant’s room account.

Optional Living Love: Creativity and Culture: Ubud Expansion
Participation in the Living Love: Creativity and Culture Ubud Expansion is optional and requires separate registration and payment.

Your four-day Living Love: Ubud Immersion includes:
• 4 nights accommodation in a private room
• 4 nourishing breakfasts
• A traditional Balinese organic buffet dinner
• Sound healing session
• Visit to a traditional Balinese family home, including offering-making and morning tea
• Water purification ceremony at a sacred local temple
• Aromatouch massage
• Batik workshop in a plant-dye garden studio, learning traditional techniques in a beautiful outdoor setting
• Day retreat at a stunning bamboo eco-resort — swim in spring-fed pools, enjoy a locally sourced lunch at Riverside Warung, and take the hand-built bamboo elevator for sunset views over the Bongkasa rice fields
• Transfers from the main retreat venue to Ubud
• Creative materials for gentle journaling and poolside crafts

Not Included
• Lunches and 3 dinners ~ we’ll explore Ubud’s beautiful local warungs and restaurants together.
(Plan approximately $15–20 AUD per meal including a drink.)

Love Yourself Up – Post Retreat Support Program
Includes:
• Monthly 90-minute private session via Zoom
• Monthly 120-minute group call including teaching, healing, and Q&A
Program options:
• 3 months — $750 ($600 early bird)
• 6 months — $1500 ($1200 early bird)
Early bird pricing available until 27 March 2026.
Not Included
All costs not explicitly listed above are the sole responsibility of the Client. This includes airfare, airport transfers not listed, travel insurance, souvenirs, offsite lodging, additional meals, and any personal purchases or services not stated herein.

2. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

$500 AUD non-refundable deposit required to secure your place.
One third of remaining balance due on or before 27th March, 2026 (This date also marks the final day to receive a full refund minus the deposit/retainer if you cancel).
One third of remaining balance due on or before 27th April, 2026
Remaining balance due on or before 27th May, 2026

For those signing up after the 27th of March
$500 deposit plus 50% of the remaining retreat fee $1845 total $$2345
Remaining balance $1845 due on or before 27th May, 2026

Failure to complete payment by the scheduled dates may result in cancellation of the Client’s retreat place at the discretion of the Host.
You may submit your full payment at any point before 27th May, 2026.
Failure to complete payment by the scheduled dates may result in cancellation of the Client’s retreat place at the discretion of the Host.

Client Cancellation
If the Client cancels their participation after the 27th March 2026 for any reason, including illness, injury, visa denial, travel restrictions, or personal circumstances:
Cancellations before 27th March, 2026: Refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations between 28th March and 27th May, 2026: Forfeit 50% of total retreat cost, excluding deposit. Any payments made beyond this amount will be refunded less the deposit.
Cancellations after 12th June, 2026: Forfeit all amounts paid and remain liable for any unpaid balance of the full retreat fee. No refunds will be issued.

At the sole discretion of the Host, a credit may be offered toward a future retreat or program.
Credits:
• must be requested in writing
• are not guaranteed
• must be used within 12 months of the original retreat start date
• cannot be transferred to another person without written permission.

3. Participant Conduct
To maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive retreat environment, all participants agree to behave in a manner that supports the wellbeing of the group.
Participants agree to:
• treat all attendees, facilitators, staff, and venue personnel with respect
• respect confidentiality within group sharing spaces
• follow safety instructions provided by the Host or retreat staff
• respect personal boundaries and cultural practices in Bali
The Host reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, abusive, or harmful to the group environment.

4. Client Responsibility and Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges that participation in this retreat is voluntary and assumes full responsibility for their choices, behavior, and experience.
The Host does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, personal transformations, or financial success from attending the retreat.
The retreat experience is intended for education, inspiration, and personal growth.

5. Emotional Wellbeing and Personal Responsibility
The Client understands that retreat experiences may involve personal reflection, emotional processing, and transformational practices.
The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their own emotional wellbeing and acknowledges that the Host and facilitators are not providing psychological therapy or medical treatment.
Participation in all practices is voluntary, and the Client may choose not to participate in any activity.

6. Disclaimers
The Host and any guest facilitators are not acting as medical doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial advisors.
All coaching, Qi Gong, movement, meditation, or wellness practices are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
The Host is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from information shared at the retreat.
Any third-party providers (photographers, transportation providers, massage therapists, etc.) are independent of the Host. The Host is not liable for their performance or outcomes.
Testimonials or results shared are examples only; individual outcomes may vary.

7. Health, Safety & Medical Conditions
The Client confirms that they are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in retreat activities and understands that retreat experiences may involve physical movement, emotional processing, and nature excursions.
The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their own wellbeing during the retreat and to seek professional medical advice prior to attending if they have any concerns about their health.
The Client acknowledges participation in yoga, movement, excursions, or other physical activities is voluntary and at their own risk.
The Host assumes no liability for injuries or health issues that arise during or after the retreat.

8. COVID-19 Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that COVID-19 and its variants remain a risk even with precautions in place.
The Host is not liable for any illness or complications related to COVID-19.
By signing this Agreement, the Client accepts and assumes all inherent risks of exposure.

9. Alcohol and Substance Use
This retreat is an alcohol-free environment. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the retreat.
The Host reserves the right to remove any participant from retreat activities if substance use poses a safety risk.

10. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
The Client understands that retreat participation involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
• physical injury
• emotional discomfort
• illness
• travel risks
• accidents
• or death

By signing this Agreement, the Client:
• Voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation
• Releases the Host, her employees, assistants, and the venue (Poinciana Resort and Retreat Centre) from all liability for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or death that may occur before, during, or after the retreat
• Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and her affiliates against all claims or damages arising from their participation
If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, the Client authorizes such treatment and agrees to be fully financially responsible for any resulting costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Host’s total liability arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the retreat.
The Host shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income, travel costs, missed flights, or other expenses incurred by the Client.

11. Medical Evacuation and Emergency Responsibility
In the event of illness or injury requiring medical care, the Client authorises the Host to arrange appropriate emergency medical treatment if necessary.

The Client understands that medical facilities in remote areas may be limited and agrees to assume full responsibility for all medical, evacuation, transportation, or hospitalisation costs incurred.
The Host is not responsible for the cost or availability of medical services.

12. Water and Excursion Liability Waiver
The Client acknowledges that the retreat includes activities in natural environments including waterfalls, beaches, and boat excursions.
These activities involve inherent risks including:
• slippery surfaces
• uneven terrain
• strong currents or waves
• wildlife encounters
• weather changes
Participation in excursions is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk.
The Client releases the Host from liability related to participation in such activities.

13. Technology and Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings, including phones, laptops, cameras, jewelry, and other valuables.
The Host is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.
Participants are encouraged to use safes provided by the venue where available.

14. Photography and Privacy Courtesy
While a media release has been granted, the Host agrees to be respectful of participants’ privacy.
Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not record or share personal stories from group sessions without permission.

15. Media Release
The Client understands that photos, videos, and audio recordings may occur during the retreat.
By participating, the Client grants the Host full, perpetual rights to use such media for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes without compensation.
If the Client prefers not to be featured in media, they must notify the Host in writing prior to the retreat start date.

16. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during the retreat — including guides, workbooks, practices, and digital content — remain the exclusive property of the Host.
The Client may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them without written consent from the Host.

17. Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from any public or private statements that could reasonably be construed as derogatory or damaging to the other party.
This includes online reviews, social media comments, or other communications.

18. Travel, Transportation, and Insurance
The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) and ensuring arrival on time.
The Host is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues with flights, buses, or other transport providers.
The Host strongly recommends the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
*trip cancellation
*medical emergencies
*lost property
The Client acknowledges that failure to obtain travel insurance does not waive the retreat cancellation policy.

The Client agrees to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation. Proof of insurance may be requested by the Host prior to the retreat.

19. Travel and International Risk Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges that participation in an international retreat involves travel-related risks including flight cancellations, weather disruptions, political conditions, natural events, and health risks.
The Client accepts full responsibility for all travel arrangements and understands the Host is not responsible for any losses, delays, or disruptions related to travel.

20. Force Majeure
If the retreat must be postponed or canceled due to events beyond the Host’s control, including natural disasters, political instability, venue closure, pandemic restrictions, or government travel advisories, the Host will provide either:
• participation in a rescheduled retreat, or
• credit toward a future retreat
Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances.

21. Loss or Damage
The Host is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, theft, or any travel-related issues occurring before, during, or after the retreat.

22. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
The Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or dispute resolution in accordance with Australian consumer protection processes as outlined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

23. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

24. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host, assistants, facilitators, and venue partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s participation in the retreat.

25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Host’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the retreat.
The Host shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including travel disruptions, lost income, missed flights, or additional travel expenses.

26. Entire Agreement and Modifications
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Host and Client.
No amendments or modifications are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Each party affirms they have read this document fully and enter into it voluntarily and in good faith.
