We have a no refund policy for all digital download purchases, online events and live events.
However for online and live events (except retreats) we are happy to transfer your purchase to another person or to credit you towards the next event of a similar nature and cost within 12 months.
Please email support@samathanwarner.com.au to let us know you are unable to attend at least 6 hours before the event begins and who you would like to transfer the purchase to.
For credits we will give you a discount coupon to apply at your next purchase.
