We invite you to join us in a spiraling journey inward, tuning into your self, your truth, your inner light, your essence, your intuition and guidance: using sound, vocal toning, meditation and connection, to come into yourself and honour the energy of the season and the cycles.
Our beautiful Amanda Howell (Yogini and womb healer of many talents) of the She Rose Collective will guide you into stillness with an incredible sound bath and hold you lovingly ,as your body and mind surrender into the now moment.
We will explore simple vocal toning to bring your mind into conscious presence. Experience the vibration and the re-calibration of your energy field.
Gentle flowing postures will prepare us for a seated meditation with Tahnee Moore, experienced Transcendental meditator ™. Tahnee will share how her practice brought her into alignment with and confirmation of her inner guidance and spiritual truth. Tahnee will share her channeling live within the group energy for all of our highest good.
In this fully tuned in state, we will focus our attention on a personal crystal, learning how to tune into the wisdom and gifts of the Crystal Deva and how we can work consciously with them. Peter Smith will share his story and his passionate gift with crystal frequencies.
We will close the circle with a powerful intentional water prayer to ground the expansion we have just experienced so that we may carry the energy forward and imbue our seasonal daily self care with some of these natural tools for self reflection, healing and transformation. There will be an opportunity to share your experience in the group or enjoy connecting more intimately over a nourishing plant based meal afterwards.
