🌿 Enjoy nurturing practices including Aromatouch massage x 1, a sound healing x 1, ecstatic dance x 1
🌿 Attending an eco-space for a day of deep restoration

🌿 Any additional food or drinks you choose to order, we recommend budgeting $20AUD per meal per day.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a pre-requistite of attending our Retreat and must include:

Overseas emergency medical cover
If you have a pre existing medical condition, this may not be covered by travel insurance.

Luggage and Personal affects
Ensure you are covered for Bali and any stopovers on the way or on returning, and that you are covered for the full duration of your trip from before the time you depart to after you arrive home.
Ensure your policy covers the value of your personal affects, and you have receipts to prove you own them.

Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Consider Flight cancellation and interruption insurance covers prepaid, non-refundable expenses if your trip is cancelled or cut short due to unexpected events like illness, severe weather, or strikes. It reimburses costs for flights, accommodation, and tours, retreats.

50% of remaining balance due on or before 27th March, 2026 (This date also marks the final day to receive a full refund minus the deposit/retainer if you cancel).

You may submit your full payment at any point before 27th May, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 27th March, 2026: Refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit/retainer.

Cancellations between 28th March and 27th May, 2026: Forfeit 50% of total retreat cost, excluding retainer. Any payments made beyond this amount will be refunded less the deposit/retainer.

Cancellations after 12 th June, 2026: Forfeit all amounts paid and remain liable for any unpaid balance of the full retreat fee. No refunds will be issued.

Other Important Information
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum participant numbers are not met. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit/retainer.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if it’s determined that the retreat is not a suitable fit for you, in which case all payments will be refunded.

We recommend a level of fitness that allows you to walk on uneven ground and up hill.
